Pipe Slip Lining
Pipe slip lining is a cost effective method to consider for larger pipeline rehabilitations. This method of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation is completed by installing a smaller pipe (carrier pipe) into a larger pipe (host pipe). Then, the annular space between the two pipes is grouted and the ends are sealed.
Slip lining can even be effective in a situation where the host pipe is damaged or failing. A damaged pipe can be slip lined, providing a reliable pipe that will last well into the future.
Benefits of Trenchless Pipeline Rehabilitation
- Reduce costs
- Reduce project time
- Reduce project environmental impact
- Reduce project disruptions to pedestrians and motorists
- Reduce ongoing maintenance and pumping
- Improve corrosion resistance
- Improve flow rates
